MiCA Standards and Guidelines Tracker

To support National Competent Authorities and companies captured by Europe’s Markets in Crypto-assets (MiCA) Regulation, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the European Banking Authority (EBA) publish legal instruments that set out how MiCA should be applied and complied with.

These instruments are either Regulatory Technical Standards (RTSs), which supplement EU law and outline how certain provisions should be applied, Implementing Technical Standards (ITSs), which set out to ensure the law is applied consistently across the Union, or Guidelines, which have a similar aim as ITSs, but are not legally binding.
