In November 2022, Lyra joined XReg Consulting as a Group Accountant. She is responsible for the daily accounting and finance functions of the company and supporting the Group Financial Controller in the preparation of the management accounts.

Lyra has over 10 years of accounting and finance experience from various business sectors. Prior to joining XReg, she worked in finance-related roles in the banking and telecommunications industries and has experience working at one of the Big Four accounting firms.

In addition, she worked at an engineering firm where she was in charge of the daily accounting functions and providing accurate, timely management reports to the company directors. She was also the company’s Human Resources Manager and was responsible for preparing employee contracts and the monthly payroll. Lyra also has significant administrative experience drafting board resolutions, compiling meeting minutes, calculating dividend distributions and filing company returns.

In 2011, Lyra became a professional member of the Association of Accounting Technicians following her successful completion of the Level 4 NVQ in Accounting.
